Has anyone had a successfull install of the Nvidia drivers, 0.95 or 0.96?
I'am working with both and having a hell of a time getting them to work
correctly. I assume the OpenGL screen savers (Pipes, Space) are statically
linked with mesa so that would account for the library problem there, but
I'm working with GLUT and GLUI and have noticed GLUI is really slow with the
new drivers 0.96, after a recompile. I'm curious if this is a library
conflict or a missing link somewhere. I've also had a problem with KDE not
exiting to the login screen corretly after install, is this a known problem
(MDK 7.2)? If someone has a working setup please post the steps you took to
get there.
