[Cooker] Kde menu i18n?

Hi!

I've been using Mandrake 7.2 (KDE 2.0, 2.01 and 2.1 Beta 2) for a while now.

Menu items that have scandic marks (umlauts like ä) are shown
incorrect:
there is question marks in places of scandics etc. I'm using finnish
language.

I have'nt seen any solution to this in Cooker or in KDE lists.
Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
