Did a ftp install from sunsite today with the PCMCIA image...
and it actually worked!
OK, couple little things.. someone suggested that I use
VGAHI instead of the default - and THAT actually works great!
Should we let the rest of the folks in on it? It should be
mentioned on the help screen. Mentions text and low res.
Either my broadband supplier is working better, or the timing
problem for dhcp is fixed - no more multiple retryX-Mozilla-Status:
0009ss.
Still doesn't select qt-X2 automatically - isn't this part
of the stuff for the font rendering?
.. and of course, sound still doesn't work.
Maybe with the new kernel - that's tomorrow's project.
