[Cooker] cvs server move

The cvs server has migrated to cvs.mandrakesoft.com. The only way to access it
is the ssh method:

export CVS_RSH=ssh

export CVSROOT=:ext:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cooker

or

export CVSROOT=:ext:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/harddrake

the password is cvs like before.
