[Cooker] Can't upgrade mktemp

[R.I.P. Deaddog]

Hi all,

        I want to ask if mktemp needs glibc2.2 to build. I'm using 7.2
(well, part of the packages are upgraded to latest cooker RPMs), and
glibc is not upgraded. When I want to build it it complains about missing
mkdtemp definition which I can't find in any header.
