[Cooker] zsh-4.0.1-pre-1 released

and is a nice shell. As long as cooker is a bleeding edge, nice to have it in
there. No large changes are actually expected, only bug fixes and one
outsdanding sh compatibility issue. It has some problems under Cygwin but it
is irrelevant on Linux :-)
