I upgraded to kernel-2.4.1-9mdk last night and along with it upgraded to
initscripts-5.60-1 as Chmouel suggested that was needed to get
supermount working again. This morning when I rebooted my system it
booted fine, but I could not log in! I would enter my userid, then
password, and it would stare at me for about 30 seconds laugh. Then it
would drop back to a login prompt. I've since fixed it by going back to
the 7.2 initscripts package.
Any ideas what would cause this?
