[Cooker] Download from web location with Konqueror - or am I too stupid?

Probably I am too stupid.

I have a Web form (or JavaScript) - does not matter - with "Download" button.
I press it, get URL e.g. http://foo.bar.com/some/file.rar and Konqueror spits
up a dialog "Open with". I do not want to open - I want to just save this as a
file but there is no place where I can just say it.

Please, note, if I have a *link* I can right-click and say "Save". It is when
URL is dynamically generated you get a problem.
