Man, I don't know where I screwed up, but I hang on
login on runlevel 3 now - I have the latest initscripts, there's no
"DOMAINNAME" in my sysconfig/network, and I have no clue why it's hanging.
Doesn't matter what flavor of kernel, either. Could anyone shed any light on
what to look for and how best to shoot this?
I can get to "single" mode - nothing shows up in
the logs as obvious. I'm really stumped. I'm sure it's something obvious, but
I'm too unfamiliar with the underlying mechanics of login to troubleshoot
this.
All ideas appreciated...
