I needed a newer version of CGI.pm for a tool that I'm using.  Now, CGI.pm  
is part of the standard perl distribution, but it's also available
seperately, so that's why I decided to make a seperate package out of it.
  
Or are you rather suggesting that I should have integrated the newer CGI.pm
into the main perl package?
