[Cooker] whine about wine

Hello again, cookers -

        A while back there was a debate about the best way to handle
the libraries that wine complains it can't find.. did we ever settle
this one?  Wine still complains it can't find libraries.  Need to
decide which answer is best and add it to the package so that it
works after install.
