You can use something simple like I do:
rsync -av --delete ftp.sunet.se::Mandrake-devel/cooker /var/ftp/pub/mdkdevel
(that should be one big long line, also change the above
to match the sunsite.uio.no tree)
Or, you can use Ron's great script that saves you loads
of bandwidth by not downloading un-needed files:
