Trying to compile the following srpms from mdk cooker: [root@geeiremovedmyhostnamefromhere SPECS]# rpm -bb --clean gcc-2.95.spec Architecture is not included: i686 [root@myhostnamehere SPECS]# This is an i686 but even specifying the arch with --target (i386-noarch) results in the similar error. obviously, the spec file doesn't state the arch. how do i get this (or these types of packages) to build?? btw: i've also tried rpm --rebuild gcc2.95-2.95.3-0.1mdk.src.rpm [root@myhostnamehere SRPMS]# rpm --rebuild gcc2.95-2.95.3-0.1mdk.src.rpm Installing gcc2.95-2.95.3-0.1mdk.src.rpm Architecture is not included: i686 [root@myhostnamehere SRPMS]# rpm --rebuild --ignorearch gcc2.95-2.95.3-0.1mdk.src.rpm rpm: --ignorearch may only be specified during package installation [root@myhostnamehere SRPMS]# -- ----- My pulic key (in armor format) & Homepage can be found at: http://www.alltel.net/rogerx/index.html My ICQ UIN# = 21252173 (Please reply only in ascii/text format!
