This patch enables XFree86 4.0.2 to use an external monitor on a laptop
w/ an ATI Rage Mobility M3 AGP 2x. The is done with the option "CRTOnly"
in the config file. This option was present in 4.0.1, but disabled in
4.0.2 because of lack of testing. It needs to be applied to
XFree86-4.0.2/xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/drivers/ai/r128_driver.c.
I've been using it for a while now without any problems.
