Try this:
1. Upgrade sash
2. Reboot, and put this in lilo/grub prompt:
<boot image> init=/sbin/sash
3. rpm -Fvh *
Just hope that you don't encounter packages from 7.2 which contains some
symbolic links, and these symbolic links are changed to directories in
cooker packages. I have never seen rpm upgrading such kind of
RPMs successfully.
