O.K., I decided to give it a try. So ...
... after some time I was almost ready to switch to grub - and final install
kindly informed me that it got error 31, "file not sector aligned". Well,
documentation did have error codes (nice done) and suggested that I had to
mount my reiser with "notail" option. I did and this did not help of course -
it cannot change allocation of existing files.
I have just a single partition that I recently converted to Reiser - and I had
null problemo with lilo. I guess, I can live with running lilo after
reconfiguration.
Besides, I like new graphic lilo boot screen :-)
