Yes, mkcd is based on the rpmslist file in Mandrake/base that is supposed to define
which packages go on which CDs. I do not regenerate this file every day and some
new packages uploaded may not be listed, hence the warning messages. 

You can add this packages to whatever CD you want (better the first one to solve
dependencies issue) or wait for me to regenerate the list.

One day I promise this list generation will be automated based on the package
weight in the rpmsrate, the number of its dependencies and its size...
