[Cooker] Usage problem in Cooker Gnome.

Hello,

CTRL keys don't work in any program.

Control-Center Unable to turn on sound, I turn it on save then go back
into the control-center and it is off again.

GEdit only opens files in Read Only mode.  

LICQ with GTK-LICQ plugin creates a nfig-prefix file everytime it is
started.
