Oh yes, I really missed it. Some of them won't work......

Certain apps use condrestart this way: if /var/lock/subsys/xxx exists,
then do a restart. And the restart means stop then start.

This kind of app should work.

But another kind which uses signal (e.g. HUP) to restart will fail
miserably........
