My mistake :
control-center needs gnome-vfs-devel installed..
(it was the reverse previously..)

It will be corrected in next releases of  control-center and gnome-vfs
packages..

BTW, the error message about GdkPixbuf in control-center is a bad copy/paste from 
GNOME authors :))
