I have a small problem here with rpm. I installed rpm-3.0.5-27mdk on my system from a src.rpm that I downloaded. Now I can't install rpms with major version numbers less than 3. Is this an error in RPM or is this the way it's supposed to be? I am going to try rpm-4.0-17mdk next. Is this a good idea. Matthew Pitts [EMAIL PROTECTED]
