Okay, dumb question time, but shouldn't the licq (and other qt dependant)
packages have a requires for the version of the libraries they were built
against?  In the case of this particular oversight, the incorrect packages
installed cleanly on a mostly 7.2 system but would not function because of
the discrepancy in the libraries.
