KDiskFree reports /dev/hda5 size 3.36GB 2.61GB free 22.3% full
and /dev/hda7 size 1.98GB 1.04GB free 47.5% full.

DAMN strange behavior. Seg faults with -Uvh, ran just FINE with
-ivvh. Any idea why it would do that? Of course, now that it's
installed, I can't repeat the problem.. but I DID verify that it still
segfaulted this AM.
Oh well, probably just a fluke. The rest of the stuff is fine.
