Hi,

I assembled an assortment of RPM packages in the cooker to form a
new system. The RPM I used was 4.0.22. I got the system boot and
run. I can even rebuild RPM packages from SRPMS. The problem is
when I try to install (rpm -i) the packages I rebuild, I got a list
of libraries requirements (libc.so.6, libc.so.6 (GLIBC_2.2)...I am
certain that these libraries are in the system (/lib and /usrlib).

Could anybody point out what could have been wrong?

PS. I started out with a rpm --initdb --root /newsystem and begin
to install things like filesystem & setup...
