There seems to be a duplicate package...

cooker:         xerces-c-1.4.0-1mdk.src.rpm
contrib:        Xerces-c-1.3.0-4mdk.src.rpm

Fun thing is that there are packages in contrib which depend on the
version with a capital "X":
xalan-c-1.0-1mdk.src.rpm
