Right. Still most of the duplicates indicate packaging bugs where
files from one src.rpm are included in two rpms that depend on each
other.
One example is openssl that contains almost 1 MB of man pages that 
are also in openssl-devel, where they really belong. Of course it
makes little sense to install openssl-devel but not openssl.
