Mmmm...strange, I was about to send a "yay! you finally fixed it" email
about this kernel....installed 5 rpms (one of em the kernel source, which
usually locks the box up) and did a couple of long compiles and the box didn't
barf....it seems like there's several subsets of this problem, and this fix
only works for some of us.
