[Cooker] rpmdrake is working, mostly

I just did a "MandrakeUpdate" mode rpmdrake and it worked mostly!  It
found all of the new packages so that was a good improvement.  It
complained something about evolution while trying to determine
dependencies however.

Due to the libsafe breakage I can't tell how successful the actual
package installations went.

It's looking good though.  Great work folks!
