Latest xinetd-2.1.8.9preXXX has broken memory management. So sometimes execv() to 
server is called with bad string pointer.
Stable xinetd version works good, but doesn't have "includedir" support in config file.
I checked both mandrake and author's (www.xinetd.org) distributions.
