[Cooker] xinetd starting tftpd

Hi.

in Cooker Beta 3 /etc/xinetd.d/tftp needs a line
        protocol        =       udp

without that line, xinetd is unable to start in.tftpd
because the socket() returns -1, erro 93, protocol not
supported.

Other udp services may have the same problem.
Sorry if this was already known, the bug tracker didn't
respond.
