We decided to drop the support for Token Ring based network cards,
following Sun, 11 Mar 2001 23:46:47 -0500 quotes of Jeff Garzik on the
kernel-mandrake mailing list:
"I doubt anyone has ever tested a token ring install before, so ignore
all token ring drivers."
I also asked Regis to provide us with a test Token Ring network, but I
suppose this is too small business.
However we can re-include the drivers, but the support will be
minimalistic since we don't have any test network in-house...
