[Cooker] drakprofile & draknet problems

- draknet attempt ppp connection using a non-existing script
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/net_cnx_up
- when changing profile with different hostname, relaunching X as indicated
is not enough. In fact, even going to runlevel 1 then back to 5 is not
enough. You have to reboot to make it work
