[Cooker] Cannot completely switch power off again.

Running kernel-2.4.3-8mdk + initscripts-5.78-3mdk I again have the strange
problem - power is not completely switched off. Hardware - ASUS CUSL2
motherboard, i815e chipset, 1006a ACPI BIOS. System is configured for
Suspend to RAM and wake up on keyboard/ mouse *button press*. This works
nicely in Windows. What happens under Linux after init 0 is - system seems
to be switched off but as soon as I just *move* mouse it is switched on
again.

Anybody had the same problem? I had it time to time with different
versions of 2.4.x cooker kernels. I have no idea what can cause it. Any
debugging I can do?
