[Cooker] kudzu sometimes hangs on boot

every now ad then kudzu hangs on boot. The last message is "Loading
Hardrake" with success - that's all. No other output comes. Booting into
single user, running kudzu normally clears it, I'm not sure if it really
what is needed.

I boot with Aurora on fb, GF2MX card.

I also wonder - normally, when I just call "kudzu" from command line, I
get into some interactive mode (it was before) - now nothing happens, I
silently get shell prompt back.

Any additional info may be useful?
