[Cooker] web-proxy configuration

  I remember some time ago (between 7.2 and 8.0) there was a 
configuration utility that could configure the http and ftp proxies for 
the entire system (so that even urpmi uses it). How is this done with 
8.0beta? I can't find the utility...
