[Cooker] Security - Permissions

I just installed yesterday and was overwhelmed with finding and fixing all 
the security problems with permissions, and on blatently obvious things like
XF86Config
fstab
initrd
and tons more

This was installing with a current snapshot of cooker as of yesterday. Just a 
heads up.
