[Cooker] Non XFree86 Xservers and Cooker login...

It's again me...
We got our NCD terminals up and booting (tftp using atftp-0.3 works fine
here),
but now every user logged in gets totally screwed up keyboard mappings.

The xdm login goes fine, but then each shell terminal has a keymapping
that
has nothing to do with the labels printed on the keys.

Any suggestion where to look at?
