I've tried the latest 2.2.19 kernel from cooker with (almost) the same
result. Interesting is, with 2.2.19 there is some delay after mouse move
before system is switched on.

May be, it is BIOS problem, but still Windows works like a charm. But,
note, that Windows is using ACPI ...
