[Cooker] gnome weather applet forecast issue

[SI Reasoning]

In 7.2 when I double click on the gnome weather applet
I will get the weather and forecast, but in 8.0 I get
properties. Is there a way to change this? Was this
intentional? I much prefer to get the forecast info
when double clicking since I do that far more often
than change the properties.
