I assume it pays gc chmou crozat pixel and the rest (of course so they 
can get blow jobs from french prostitutes while programming).  Keeps 'em 
sharp.  j/k but they do need money for...oh...food, shelter, and all the 
other luxuries of being a programmer.

I'm curious as to the real answer...
