[Cooker] Upgrading

What is the best method to upgrade a production box from 7.2 -> 8?  Can I do
a rpm -Fvh * or should I make a CD first?


How do I properly upgrade RPM?  I tried doing this a long time ago and
didn't upgrade RPM properly and nuked the database.
