Think about it. If you have to say "I know this is off-topic but..."
then keep searching for a forum where you can post your message and
not have to say that.
This list is busy enough with all kinds of other crap to start letting
people ask any old question they want.
Please let's keep this list high quality and thus it will retain it's
smart people. If we start cluttering it with stuff that is off-topic
all the smart people get bored hitting delete and leave. Remember in
most cases the smart people don't need the list, the list needs the
smart people.
