My bust it isn't kapm-idle using up the process .....

This behavior starts after I start Nautilus to look at some files.  top
displays my user process staying at 50%.  Even when I quit Nautilus it
is still there.  The system process are taking up 10% and niced is
taking up the last 40%.  This makes sense as to why gkrellm is reporting
60% usage.  It has taken the 50% Nautilus seems to have eatten up with
my user and added the 10% for the system processes to display the 60% it
is sitting at now.

Tried this again.  Rebooted and started setiathome and it was nice
working and showing 99% niced.  Run Nautilus once and then setiathome is
now pushed down to 38%.
