Mozilla package only check for JRE installed when Mozilla is installed.
Since you've installed jre AFTER mozilla, correct link was not
created.. I'll try to add a trigger for mozilla package to detect when
java plugin is installed.
In the mean time, I suggest you do, as root :
ln -s /usr/java/*/plugin/i386/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libjavaplugin_oji.so

For translation, you should check on mozilla website.
For the moment, we don't ship any translation because they have not
been merged in main mozilla tree..
