I have to run sndconfig after every reboot to keep sound working, what's
going on here?

FYI settings are correct, and as far as I can tell running sndconfig doesn't
really change /etc/modules.conf and /isapnp.conf from what they were
before...yet it gets the sound working. Any ide why it says "No such Device"
? which device, /dev/dsp?
