I already had these packages installed:
[root@alpha cooker]# rpm -qa | grep 0.10.37

gettext-devel-0.10.37-1mdk
gettext-base-0.10.37-1mdk
I recompiled the packages, and re-installed them... it doesn't seem to
help...
