[Cooker] webmin 0.85 not working....

Hello

I've installed webmin 0.85 1mdk, and I cannot start the webmin service.   It
says:

[root@teich noarch]# service webmin 
Warning, Webmin installation failed

The first time it also said: "In webmin post install".    I'm running a
current cooker.
