This card works fine with the stock kernel ad1848 drivers, as well as
with the commercial OSS drivers from 4FrontTech. But I have been unable
to make it work with alsa.
Can anyone point me on how to do this? I have been unable to find good
documentation on how to setup alsa. I have read about an utility called
alsaconf that do it for you, but don't know where to find it.
Anyway, what is the correct way to setup alsa under Mandrake (I don't
want to download the source and compile, I want to use what comes with
cooker).
I guess it all boils down to setting the proper entries in modules.conf.
