[Cooker] Kernel config for install image(s)?

I'd like to add some modules/drivers (notably ppa, parport, parport_pc - to
support Jazz) to installation boot images. Is it possible to find kernel
config(s) used for creating these images? The reason is, I've tried my own but
obviously removed way too much, so I lost fb and X and installation went very
strange.
