Check the archives of mandrakeforum.com. I posted a howto on 8.0/kernel-2.2.19/reiserfs within the past two weeks. The reiserfs from kernel 2.2 is an older version and the newer one is not backwards compatiblle though the older one is forwards compatible. It is a matter of how you do it. Civileme
